Description:
JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Business Partner collaborates with business leaders to understand organizational goals and objectives and provides strategic HR support to enhance overall business performance. This role serves as a liaison between management and employees, contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with business strategies. This position is on-site, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with business leaders to understand the organization’s strategic goals and develop HR strategies that support them.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and contribute to and execute the full cycle recruitment and selection process.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Investigate and address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Support talent development initiatives, including training, succession planning, and performance management.
- Assist in managing organizational change initiatives, providing guidance on communication, employee engagement, and transition strategies.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
- Work with business leaders to assess current and future workforce needs.
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent at the right time.
- Stay informed about employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure HR practices and policies comply with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with HR specialists (e.g., compensation, benefits, talent acquisition) to deliver comprehensive HR services.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
