Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner known for having a focus on the customer and achieving results. You will serve as a trusted partner to the business supporting our strategies and ensuring we deliver the best employee experience.
The Location: Hexagon is a global company with offices around the world. This position is based in Morton, IL.

This position is with Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division, a global technology leader, pioneering end-to-end solutions industry leaders rely on for assured positioning and autonomy on land, sea and air. Within the Autonomy & Positioning division, your work will contribute to the operation of our AutonomouStuff brand.
Responsibilities:
As Human Resources Business Partner, you would be responsible to:
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on a variety of employment-related matters including policy interpretation, promotions/transfers, salary recommendations, and performance management.
- Manage disability and other leaves of absence programs including return to work plans, employee and manager communication, and documentation.
- Provide input on and support the local implementation of divisional HR programs and initiatives as well as drive updates and continuous improvement of US policies, processes and practices.
- Manage the intake and provide guidance on immigration matters working closely with our outside immigration counsel.
- Provide support for recruiting, hiring and relocation locally and globally as needed.
- Partner with the local Health and Safety Committee to ensure compliance with OSHA.
