As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) you will be trusted to support Teams at Alcon’s sunny Irvine and Lake Forest, California sites, with an emphasis on Manufacturing & Technical Operations (MTO) teams. In partnership with people leaders, you will:

  • Align with the Talent & Culture Partner to implement enterprise level initiatives.
  • Deliver Alcon’s core HR services and people processes (e.g. OTR, PMP), and ensure an optimal associate experience
  • Drive business success by coaching and advising teams on associate experience initiatives, such as Associate Experience Dashboard, Recognition programs, etc.
  • Ensure timely execution of all people-related processes
  • Implement global, regional or local HR programs
  • Coach business leaders and associates on all HR-related topics (e.g. change management, talent management, employee relations, career development, etc.)
  • Remain accountable for driving high-quality, diverse local talent bench, through selection process, equitable compensation practices and adequate talent development
  • Support diagnostic intervention and problem resolution strategies to contribute HR point of view to business issues
  • Utilize workforce analytics and insights to improve people and workforce management.
