We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join us in London
We are seeking a Business Partner who thrives in a constantly changing environment to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you will become a trusted advisor to senior leaders and a champion for building a positive, high-performing, and inclusive work environment. You will partner with stakeholders to develop people strategies and coach them on effective people management practices. You will also play a key role in driving people initiatives and navigating organisational change.
The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship builder with a diverse background, comfortable working in an ambiguous environment. They will be a pro-active thought leader who thrives on change and can translate ideas into actionable proposals.

What will you be doing?

  • Partner with senior leaders and people managers to develop and implement people strategies that align with business goals.
  • Advise and coach line managers on effective people management practices, including performance management and career development.
  • Play a pivotal role in supporting change management initiatives.
  • Develop clear communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Be a resourceful problem solver and navigate ambiguity to ensure a smooth implementation.
  • Analyse people data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Support driving functional People plans by building proposals and recommendations for People initiatives.

We tend to look for people with:

Essential:

  • Experience in a diverse background (e.g., multiple roles/industries, consulting).
  • Proven experience or strong foundation level knowledge of multiple People disciplines e.g. performance management, talent management, compensation and change.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Resourceful and adept at finding creative solutions and building internal networks.
  • Thrives in ambiguity and embraces change.

Desirable:

  • People Business Partnering experience.
  • Matrix environment experience.
  • Degree or relevant qualification in Human Resources or other related field.
