Position: Human Resource Business Partner
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Salary: $50.00 per hour plus superannuation
Location: Oran Park, Sydney (possibility of hybrid)
OVERVIEW
As a result of substantial growth, our Client is looking to further develop their human resources practices by seeking a HR Business Partner. You will be expected to demonstrate your strong communication skills and previous experiences in a business partnering position, consulting and providing advice to a range of business units across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Foster working relationships with business unit managers;
- Employee relations, remuneration and benefits, WH&S, change management and learning & development;
- Apply IR skills to coach managers and manage work performance;
- Interpret employment legislation and industrial awards.
