We are seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide HR expertise, guidance, and support to drive business objectives and foster a positive work culture. The HRBP serves as a liaison between the HR department and various business units, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and promoting employee engagement, retention, and development. The ideal candidate must exhibit good business judgment and acumen by being both confident and flexible in their views.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on employee relations matters.
  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Conduct investigations and facilitate resolution of workplace issues while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and strategic interventions.
  • Participate in organizational planning discussions and provide insights on human capital implications.
  • Monitor performance metrics and trends to identify opportunities for performance enhancement and employee recognition.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Participate in the recruitment process, including job analysis, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to review and benchmark compensation and benefits programs.
  • Support onboarding activities and collaborate with training and development teams to foster employee growth and career development.
  • Interpret and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and advise management on potential impacts.
  • Support HR audits and investigations, ensuring documentation and processes adhere to legal standards.
  • Implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Facilitate employee feedback mechanisms, such as surveys, focus groups, and town hall meetings.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
