Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

We have an exciting new position for a Regional HR Generalist to join a growing global animal health company in Europe. We are looking for a person who wants to grow and develop into a regional role. You will have the opportunity to play a key HR support/partnering role to employees and managers across multiple countries in Europe and Middle East.

EDUCATION

Minimum Bachelor degree in Business or other related field.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2 years of HR administrative experience, preferably in the Animal Health/Nutrition or Pharmaceutical sector.
  • Proficient with Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ideally have experience of HR support to remote employees.
  • Ideally have experience of recruitment.

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all human resources-related queries.
  • Support the recruitment process including advertising, screening CVs for specific positions, scheduling interviews, offer documentation, reference checking and new hire documentation.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees overseeing and co-ordinating induction alongside the hiring manager.
  • Support and co-ordinate the probation process in partnership with managers.
  • Support as appropriate the review and updating of all company HR policies, procedures and related documentation to ensure compliance with the prevailing employment legislation in each relevant country and also in line with Phibro policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for all HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle from New Starter to Leaver including but not limited to letters, contracts, employee file maintenance, org chart maintenance and other admin duties.
  • Support managers to manage and promote employee attendance at work.
  • Co-ordinate employee benefits administration.
  • Responsible for the administration of our HR system - Success Factors.
  • Administration and oversight of the Time & Attendance system.
  • Oversee, schedule and organise training & development programs for employees.
  • Promote and organise employee engagement and well-being initiatives in the workplace, implementing initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive culture including for employees working in remote positions.
  • Complete any additional tasks or projects as requested.
