Your Mission:
This role partners with our leaders to manage the elements across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the leadership team to deliver people strategies that support our business goals. You will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with the company’s business objectives, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and providing guidance and support to managers and employees across various HR functions.

Who are you? You consider yourself:

  • An experience Human Resources Business Partner with knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment laws and regulations
  • A planner, able to logically think through processes with a good eye for detail
  • A credible resource and able to maintain confidentiality
  • A partner and communicator with excellent relationship and communication skills with the ability to build strong rapport with stakeholders
  • You’re data driven with the ability to effectively use data to gather insights and develop plans
  • Objective and solutions oriented - able to problem solve and bring a balanced perspective

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and continuously improve elements across the employee lifecycle through our established HRIS, BambooHR - recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, surveys
  • Facilitate smooth, personalised and warm onboarding and offboarding experiences
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist in identifying and scoping roles, supporting workforce planning
  • Oversee the design and implementation of learning and development strategies to ensure employees have the skills to succeed in their roles and careers
  • Be the custodian of our benefits offering, salary review and remuneration benchmarking
  • Develop performance management processes
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and make recommendations
  • Enhance PropertyMe’s Employer Value Proposition to support talent attraction and retention
  • Act as the liaison between team managers and Payroll ensuring strong collaboration and communication
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on policy and practice.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role, preferably in the tech, SaaS
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in ANZ
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organisation
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and solve complex problems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
