As part our HR team, our Human Resources Business Partner contributes to our overall success by collaborating with our teams to develop and deliver talent programs to support our business objectives. This role is a true partner to Pure Sunfarms’ leaders and employees, with a focus on supporting a productive work environment with a focus on organizational effectiveness and talent, with the goal of driving engagement, high performance and operational efficiency. You know what it takes to build programs and see initiatives to the end. YOUR EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred
- At least 5 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or advisory role
