Description:

A rare and exciting opportunity exists for a passionate Human Resources Business Partner to join a rapidly growing SaaS organisation based in the CBD. Boasting a global presence, this brand has become well-known in their market for an industry-leading product and a highly motivated team behind it.
The Human Resources Business Partner will report directly to the Head of HR and will act in partnership in both an operational and strategic capacity. This is an exciting role in a forward-thinking organisation and will see you play a meaningful role in developing and executing a contemporary people strategy.

A snapshot of this role’s day-to-day will look like:

  • Working with the Head of HR to deliver the people strategy and executing various projects and initiatives
  • Focusing on the development of stronger performance and talent management frameworks
  • Supporting with the overall recruitment strategy for the business, and actively drive recruitment activities
  • Managing all ER issues in partnership with the wider team, whilst focusing on leadership upskill and development
  • Providing advice and support in relation to the interpretation of company policies and procedures, and entitlements under employee agreements and legislation
  • Acting in an advisory capacity to support and coach leaders in the management of employee related matters

To be considered for an interview, you must have demonstrated experience in a HR role where you have been part of both the operational and strategic elements of the people strategy.
Any previous experience from a tech or SaaS background will be highly regarded, in addition to experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.

Finally, you will have a natural warmth in your approach and be able to work in a fluid way; switching gears quickly when required.
