At ReturnToWorkSA, our purpose is to empower and support South Australians impacted by work injury. Our services and those delivered by our claims agents are designed to provide early intervention support to workers and employers following a work injury to ensure the worker can recover and return to work as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and advise people leaders to develop their and their team’s capability in relation to people management practices.
  • In conjunction with P&C colleagues, ensure that the organisation’s industrial relations framework comprising of all relevant employment and industrial legislation, awards, agreements and regulations relevant to ReturnToWorkSA (particularly within the state based IR system) is embedded and maintained.
  • Partner with leaders to design, review, and evaluate positions using Mercer job evaluation methodology.
  • Participate in reviews of policy, procedure and business processes to ensure best practice, continuous improvement, effective risk management and legislative compliance
