Job Description
We have an opening for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner with a passion for all matters IR/ER, recruitment, coaching and more. This role is a great next step for anyone looking for that next challenge in their career or wanting to broaden their experience.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
  • Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (desirable)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills (communication, presentation, listening etc.)
  • High attention to detail
  • Min 2-3 years’ experience working in a HR Administration/Coordinator role
  • End to end recruitment experience
  • Process focused (ability to interpret information)

Responsibilities:

POSITION DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Ensure all HSE procedures are followed, and all incidents are reported accordingly
  • Coordinate and execute entire recruitment processes
  • Provide a point of contact for HR/payroll queries
  • Coordinate and comply with workers compensation processes
  • Return to work coordination activities
  • Coordination with Apprenticeship Board nationwide
  • Coordination of and overseeing induction, on-boarding and exit processes
  • Preparation of new starter access in the relevant systems
  • Coordinate required personnel/ training documents and update database
  • HR projects
  • Support the Learning and Development projects, initiatives, and daily tasks
