ROLE DETAILS

The Human Resources Business Partner is a role within Human Resources, Wellbeing and Safety and is accountable to the Manager, Human Resources Business Partnership for:

  • Partnering with the business to provide strategic advice and technical human resource advice to support the business to effectively lead and manage people, achieve change and business outcomes.
  • Assessing and anticipating human resources-related needs and delivering services to a specific portfolio within the department that enhance business outcomes.
  • Developing and contributing to equitable and consistent application of human resources management practices across the department.
  • Proactively contributing to workforce procedures, policies and initiatives and support of the development and implementation.
