Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, self-motivated and enthusiastic HR Business Partner to join the Specialist Hospitals Board Workforce Team at UCLH. We are looking for a talented HR Business Partner to work within our Specialist Hospitals Board, to deliver strategic workforce support to Queen Square the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery. The division employs a workforce of over 1800 people and its services include specialist neurosurgery, a brain tumour unit, the Hyper-acute Stroke Unit (HASU), an acute brain injury unit, the National Prion Clinic, a neuro-rehabilitation unit and specialised neurosurgical ITU.
This role will provide high quality strategic and operational workforce support Queen Square operating as part of its divisional leadership team. Confident working with divisional and clinical leads and senior managers, you will build excellent working relationships across the division, Specialist Hospital Board and wider workforce directorate. This post manages an Associate HR Business Partner and will have responsibility for a corporate workforce project to support personal development.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and demonstrate:

A history of delivering large scale change programmes against challenging objectives
A collaborative approach, with excellent influencing skills
