JOB SUMMARY:
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will use your experience working in Human Resources to help the leadership team create or evolve the HR function.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
- Ability to remain organized and self-directed in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to interface with a variety of individuals or groups on a frequent basis.

- Must successfully complete any training or certification courses required to support or strengthen position.
- Ability to read, interpret and follow verbal and written instructions, work procedures and other related materials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong customer service skills.
- Must communicate appropriate information accurately and clearly as needed.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows based databases.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources a related field and four years experience in Human Resources with progressively increasing responsibilities OR
- Associate degree in Human Resources a related field and six years experience in Human Resources with progressively increasing responsibilities

Responsibilities:
- Work with leadership to determine their current HR needs.
- Work closely with HR and the recruitment team to help implement goals set by leadership.
- Strategize ways to improve the relationship between leadership and employees.
- Evaluate current departments and roles before comparing them to goals and objectives.
- Work with recruitment to identify necessary roles for growth within the company.
- Help oversee and create job descriptions to attract talented candidates.
- Participate in the candidate screening/interviewing process to ensure new hires align with leaderships goals.
- Draft new HR policies in accordance with organizational goals, industry trends and labor laws or regulations.
