Description:

OUR CLIENT

Our Client is an International player in the High-End Products Industry and is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner reporting directly to the Head of HR. The HR Business Partner is responsible for the delivery of global operational and strategic HR projects to standardise and strengthen the HR practice across the organisation.
The HR Business Partner reports to the Group Head of Human Resources.
It is a full-time position based in Singapore with a global scope.

IDEAL TALENT

  • 3 to 5 years of HR experience
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or similar Master’s degree
  • Comfortable with people analytics/HR metrics and numbers
  • Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experienced in Project Management (stakeholders, roadmap, tools, budget, prioritisation, multitasking)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Well trained in Excel and Power Point
  • Used to and eager to work with digital tools and ERPs

Responsibilities:

  • With the support of the Group head of Human Resources, translate the overall people strategy into execution and tactics:
  • Collaborate with the HR team members to lead, implement and follow up on operational/strategic projects and initiatives related to career planning, talent management, performance management, digitalization, data analysis, compensation and rewards, learning and development and employee recognition.
  • Build partnerships with functional managers and develop understanding of business needs to meet shared objectives and ambitions.
  • Proactively identify improvement areas and implement metrics and tools to increase the HR department efficiency and meet the departments objectives.
  • Contribute to the management of local/regional processes like onboarding and recruiting.
  • Help to resolve employee relations matters, ensure that equitable and pragmatic resolutions are achieved by exercising informed judgement, matching with local employees’ rights and legal obligations.
  • Ensure the maintaining of company’s rules and policies.
  • Help with the preparation of various HR dashboards, presentations and reports for Management Committee/other meetings.
  • Present and promote HR initiatives in internal communication channels.
  • Foster a positive, diverse and inclusive environment for every co-worker.
  • Be an advocate of the company’s Culture and Values.
