Salary: $35,443.20 - $36,400.00 Annually

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Human Resources Clerk to join our team in Amarillo, Texas. As a Human Resources Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization by managing the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) policies and procedures, providing exceptional onboarding/offboarding experiences, and managing extensive data. You will have the chance to work with a diverse group of individuals and make a real impact on our team and the community we serve.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE JOB:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One semester (12 credit hours) of accredited college work; or minimum of eighth grade reading comprehension level as evidenced by score on the Adult Basic Learning Examination (ABLE) test
  • Two (2) years of Human Resources experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and be insurable under agency vehicle policy
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
