QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The ability to learn skills quickly and adapt to a fast pace environment
  • 2 years of administrative support experience (preferably in HR)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Good task management skills and be detailed orientated
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
  • Flexible/Open availability
  • Demonstrate strong decision-making skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for Seasonal Human Resources Clerk for our upcoming production season. Come and join our team and learn the processes of an industry leader.

  • Handle all front counter/employees to assure proper placement and assistance of employees.
  • Assist with incoming/outgoing calls.
  • Communicate proper information at shift change to ensure other shifts have required instructions.
  • Ensure proper paperwork is completed relative to leaves of absences, sick leave, vacations, etc. or other issues brought upon by employees at the counter.
  • Type correspondence as issued.
  • Data Entry/Filing as assigned.
  • Run and complete reports as needed.
  • Communication to various departments/teams to ensure coverage/issues are resolved.
  • Other duties as assigned.
