QUALIFICATIONS:
- The ability to learn skills quickly and adapt to a fast pace environment
- 2 years of administrative support experience (preferably in HR)
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Good task management skills and be detailed orientated
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
- Flexible/Open availability
- Demonstrate strong decision-making skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for Seasonal Human Resources Clerk for our upcoming production season. Come and join our team and learn the processes of an industry leader.
- Handle all front counter/employees to assure proper placement and assistance of employees.
- Assist with incoming/outgoing calls.
- Communicate proper information at shift change to ensure other shifts have required instructions.
- Ensure proper paperwork is completed relative to leaves of absences, sick leave, vacations, etc. or other issues brought upon by employees at the counter.
- Type correspondence as issued.
- Data Entry/Filing as assigned.
- Run and complete reports as needed.
- Communication to various departments/teams to ensure coverage/issues are resolved.
- Other duties as assigned.
