REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field is required
- Three years of recent progressive experience in compensation
- PeopleSoft or HRIS experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Provides support for all University Health compensation plans.
- Administers the position control system, processes position modifications, opens new positions, and monitors position requests to ensure timely processing.
- Assists in the completion of compensation projects and resolves compensation related issues promptly.
- Assists in compensation analysis, through market and equity reviews.
- Produces Human Resources metrics and reports for University Health and its departments
- Assists in the maintenance of job descriptions.
