REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field is required
  • Three years of recent progressive experience in compensation
  • PeopleSoft or HRIS experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides support for all University Health compensation plans.
  • Administers the position control system, processes position modifications, opens new positions, and monitors position requests to ensure timely processing.
  • Assists in the completion of compensation projects and resolves compensation related issues promptly.
  • Assists in compensation analysis, through market and equity reviews.
  • Produces Human Resources metrics and reports for University Health and its departments
  • Assists in the maintenance of job descriptions.
