Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- 5-7+ years of Human Resources generalist experience required; experience managing employee relations and compliance matters strongly preferred.
- Experience working with multiple field teams across different locations. Multi-state experience highly preferred.
- Experience leading projects and understanding of project management methodology.
- Strong analytical skills and the demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Able to effectively communicate at all levels of the business.
- Prior Human Resources professional experience working with leaders in a large / matrix organization is a plus.
- Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and executive orders enforced by the EEOC, and other agencies.
- Understanding of federal and state requirements for employer compliance reporting and ability to work cross-functionally to execute.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
