WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

Reporting to the National Director of Human Resources, this contract opportunity provides broad and diversified administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role will also support identified projects for continuous improvement in key HR processes. This opportunity best suits an individual who is passionate about HR, learns quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Support peak work cycles for recruitment (e.g., uploading and drafting job postings to external sites and associations, booking phone screens and interviews, draft interview guides and preparing offer letters, supporting social media strategies)
  • Review onboarding documents and follow up with new hires
  • Helped with the administration of all aspects of HR and recruitment functions
  • Titling convention review and update
  • Work with subject matter experts to update the internal website
  • Centralize Job Descriptions in the database
  • Support of the Performance Review process
  • Reviewing documentation database for gaps
  • Health and Safety Administration
  • Conduct research as required
  • Additional administrative support and/or projects as required

Responsibilities:
