Job Description
With over two billion dollars’ worth of work in hand and a healthy pipeline of future projects ahead, our western region is experiencing an exciting period of growth.
To help support this growth, we seek to bring a suitably experienced HR Coordinator into our business to work on major projects within the Perth metro area.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will ensure effective administration support is provided across the entire workforce and be crucial in the successful administration and delivery of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and wellbeing programs.

Key responsibilities for the positions:

  • Manage HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee data across a range of systems
  • Prepare monthly reporting, visual dashboards, and data analysis
  • Support the delivery and successful implementation of a range of global and local Acciona HR and training initiatives
  • Participate in all activities relating to the employee lifecycle
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment function and coordinate the onboarding for new employees to foster positive integration into the company culture
  • Coordinate the shared HR inbox
  • Ensure that all written correspondence complies with ACCIONA and Project Procedures

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Preferable 2 years’ HR admin related experience
  • Experience with MS Office suite of applications in particular Word and Excel
  • HRIS experience desirable
  • Relevant experience with Workday would be advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to operate with discretion around confidential and private issues
