POSITION SUMMARY

Provides administrative support to one or more human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, disability management, training, and/or employee records. Play’s a crucial part in facilitating communication between employees and management, addressing HR-related inquiries, and supporting HR initiatives to ensure a positive and compliant work environment

Responsibilities:

  • Short Term Disability Process
  • WSIB/Top Up Support
  • Processing Leave of Absence’s
  • Employment related letters (Ex: abolishment letter, job abandonment)
  • Client requested reporting
  • Answer client group inquiries
  • Assist Managers with Level 1 and Level 2 Disciplines
