The Human Resources Coordinator has the unique opportunity of helping to shape our organization by supporting our recruiting activities and welcoming new team members through the onboarding process. Additional expectations of this role include:

  • Working with members of the team to support recruitment activities - creating and circulating job postings to fill vacancies; assisting in screening and rating of job applicants, interviewing and conduct reference checks, and preparing offer packages.
  • Identifying recruitment resources in key markets and maintaining the recruitment resource listing;
  • Processing and verifying all documentation relating to human resources activities such as onboarding, staffing, recruitment, etc.
  • Maintaining both hard and digital copies of employees’ records
  • Preparing and managing the orientation process for all new hires, including permanent and contract workers.
  • Conducting onboarding orientations.
  • Conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  • Supporting key human resource processes, projects and activities as they arise.
  • Preparing reports and conducting analysis on key employee data as requested.

As the successful candidate, you would bring the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to the role:

  • Human Resources, Recruitment, Administration and/or Customer Service experience in a field service, industrial or related environment.
  • Desire to contribute to organizational growth through developing relationships inside and outside the business.
  • Prior experience organizing and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery of assignments.
  • Keen attention to details and documentation.
  • Skillful communication abilities, both oral and written.
  • Delivery top-tier customer service and solutions.
  • Adaptability to changing situations and priorities.
  • Collaboration and management relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Minimum of a 2-year diploma is preferred.
  • A combination of school and work experience will also be considered.
