Responsibilities:

Due to amazingly high levels of growth; an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this position will conduct end to end HR activities across multiple NEPEAN businesses. The role offered is a maternity leave fixed-term contract to work 38 hours per week.

Duties will include, but not be limited to;

  • Talent Acquisition - including end to end recruitment processes such as reviewing CV’s, initiating contact with potential candidates.
  • Assist hiring managers in decision making
  • Manage the onboarding of candidates, including collecting license’s and necessary documentation from new employees.
  • Building a strong pipeline of candidates for future forecasted roles
  • Support HR Matters such as Employee Relations
  • HR Administration
  • Department Reporting

This role is perfect for an external recruiter looking to gain internal HR experience, or an experienced HR Coordinator looking for their next step. The fixed term arrangement is available until January 2025.
