Optima is currently seeking a Human Resources Employee Relations Coordinator to join our team!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- This position is Entry-Mid level with future opportunity to advance with company growth
- At least 1 year in a medical company preferred
- At least 1 year experience in HR
- ADP experience is required
- Ability to be professional and keep information confidential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Positive attitude that welcomes teamwork
- Multitask efficiently
- Timeliness and dependability
Responsibilities:
- Maintain communication with all employees
- Assist with administrative duties including maintaining employee records
- Perform onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Verification of I-9 documentation
- Support all employees with any need that arises
