QUALIFICATIONS
License or Certification:
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or SPHR certification preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Personnel Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum of three to five years of Human Resources Management experience, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations when setting and applying policies and procedures.
- Applies appropriate regulations, policies, and procedures to daily employee situations that arise.
- Oversees activity pertaining to benefits, recruitment, retention, worker’s compensation, staffing and wages, and employee relations.
- Acts as a liaison between Home Office Human Resources department and BSO Management.
- Works with the management team to identify training opportunities and areas for development.
- Develops and reports on data for recruiting activities, changes to onboarding, HR policies, and employee relations.
- Serves as a resource to department managers and other employees.
- Acts as a Senior Leader that is responsible to help create an environment and culture that enables the BSO and VCC to fulfill its mission.
- This position will sit at our Business Service Office located in Land O’ Lakes, Florida
