Position Overview: We are in search of a Human Resources Director overseeing 175 plus employees in the healthcare field. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of Human Resource rules and regulations specific to TN and KY. This remote based role will require occasional travel to our clinic locations in Middle TN.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
- 3+ years experience working in a healthcare related field in Human Resources.
- Knowledge around Tennessee and Kentucky HR law.

Responsibilities:
- The Human Resource Director will lead and direct the routine functions of Human Resources including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and leave, and enforcing and updating company policies and practices. Maintenance of provider and employee handbooks.
- The HR Director will create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- The HR Director will oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
