Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. Reporting to the HR Advisory and Recruitment Manager you will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals committed to the success of our growing network of retail outlets.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating end-to-end Employee Relations (ER) or Industry Relations (IR) processes, including dispute resolution, investigations, performance improvement and restructures
  • Provide accurate and consistent advice on the interpretation of employment legislation, contracts, and similar matters
  • Monitor ER/IR matters and ensure appropriate employees are kept abreast of legislative changes
  • Develop and maintain proactive relationships with key stakeholders, including legal advisors, WorkCover, FairWork, EAP providers
