Description:

The HR Generalist will be reporting to the VP, Human Resources, and will provide hands-on support to business leaders as it relates to Human Resources functions. You will collaborate with payroll, marketing and communications and the overall HR department. Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders relating to all HR functions
  • Advise and support leaders on employee relations options
  • Advise leaders and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefits and programs
  • Provide support and training on HR annual cycles, such as performance, compensation, engagement
  • Support recruitment efforts and processes by working closely with the leaders and recruitment
  • Administration of employee movement such as promotions, transfers, leaves of absence
  • Initiate exit interview process and identify trends
  • Support overall HR projects and initiatives
  • Conduct new employee welcome meetings and check in’s
