Description:

DATAMARK, Inc. is currently looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions, DATAMARK helps organizations worldwide manage their operations more efficiently and effectively. The Human Resources Generalist will play a critical role in supporting and managing various HR functions.
In this role, the Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for training, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. They will also provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters. The Human Resources Generalist will ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 5 years experience in the HR field
  • At least 1 year experience in a Human Resources Generalist position
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (FMLA, COBRA, ADA, USERRA)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs and enrollment
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies and procedures
