Description:
Assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions including personnel, employee and labor relations, executive administration, and special projects.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Five years of experience in multiple Human Resources functions.
Or
Bachelor’s degree plus three years of experience in multiple Human Resources functions.
Responsibilities:
Researches, reviews, and advises on a variety of complex Human Resources (HR) /business issues and special projects.
Leads complex data collection and analysis efforts at the direction of Human Resources (HR) leadership and provides a variety of Human Resources (HR) related standards and reports as required.
Confers with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
