We are looking for a talented and accomplished Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

As a HR Generalist, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and control of disciplinary proceedings, outsourced proceedings (external law firms) and the collection of information and respective documentation
  • Registration and validation of operational indicators for reporting purposes
  • Mediation and resolution of conflicts, both with employees and with external and/or official entities;
  • Preparation and conduction of disciplinary procedures, their revision and definition of their needs
  • Management of response times and plans for disciplinary procedures
  • Support/clarification to internal support teams, external entities, auditors and all the stakeholders involved
  • Communication to all stakeholders involved

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

  • Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills
  • Good knowledge of labor law
  • A motivated and enthusiastic personality
  • Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
  • Able to follow guidelines and instructions
  • Ability to keep calm and clear-headed in critical situations
  • Facilitator and influencing skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE.

  • College degree or bachelor’s degree finalist
  • Computer literate - word and excel intermediate level
