JOB DESCRIPTION

- Drive and deliver core projects across the Generalist HR function.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a dynamic, experienced HR Business Partner, to elevate your career to the next level, working with a global organisation reporting to the Head of HR Asia Pacific, as part of a collaborative HR team. The role offers a broad exposure to the full function with a balance of operational BAU and strategic HR projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Head of HR with key BAU initiatives, as well as key HR projects to deliver strategic business objectives, such as DE&I.
- Support the APAC delivery of globally established organisational projects.
- Support with the implementation of HRIS (WorkDay).
- Support Head of HR with IR matters as required, including EA negotiations.
- Assist with ensuring legal compliance across all aspects of the HR function.
- Provide advice and support to management and payroll on legislative requirements, as under the Fair Work Act, ensuring consistency in application of IR processes.
- Lead and support management with employee relations matters including workplace investigations and disciplinary action.
- Support in the coaching of the HR team members regarding IR legislation and best practice principles.
- Oversee the currency and maintenance of employee personnel files and HR filing.
- Assist with recruitment, supporting the Head of HR with senior positions across APAC and line managers with recruiting and onboarding needs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking.
- Preparing reports and metrics for the Head of HR.
