Description:

We are looking for a talented and accomplished Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
As a HR Generalist, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Support the projects, providing a high quality and proactive service to both internal and external customers, meeting both corporate and statutory requirements, encompassing all aspects of resourcing, employee relations and adding value in support of the Company’s business objectives.
- Work together with the onboarding team to ensure that new hires deliver all documentation needed.
- Communicate to Social Security all Joiners and Leavers in a daily basis.
- Support the new hires with all regular documentation when required.
- Celebrate the labor contracts and deliver it to the new employees.
- Background check: verify the process, ask for documents to the employee, call/employers the former employers.
- Historical data - ability to keep archive updated according Foundever procedures, and according audit processes.
- Ensure all Exit inhibitions in a daily basis.
- Record all new Hires in HR System.
- Create Employees declarations and work certification.
- Manage Medical appointments timely with the operations and support Doctors on Site.
- Support all motivation activities.
- Ability to understand current employment legislation.
- Work closely with the site team, in the development of a performance driven culture, which encourages individual ownership of results and associate development
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
- Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
- Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills in supported languages
- A motivated and enthusiastic personality
- Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills
- Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations
- Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
- Able to follow guidelines and instructions
- Ability to keep calm and clear-headed in critical situations
- Facilitator and influencing skills
- People oriented
- An element of gravitas
- Experience with policy work
- Early adopter of technology
- Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimum supervision
- Ability to interact positively with staff at all levels
- Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
- Availability to work in hybrid mode from Porto site
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE.
- College degree or bachelor’s degree finalist
- Computer literate - word and excel intermediate level
