Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and policy creation. QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or certification in Human Resources
- At least two years of experience in the Human Resources field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of employment law and best practices
- Ability to prioritize tasks and act with integrity and confidentiality
- Experience with Microsoft programs, Google Sheets, Team Engine, and ADP Workforce Now preferred

Responsibilities:
- Recruit new talent using various platforms and coordinate with department managers to identify necessary skills and positions
- Conduct interviews, facilitate onboarding, and administer new hire orientations and trainings
- Manage routine HR tasks such as compensation updates, benefits administration, disciplinary actions, and employee recognition programs
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all Federal and State laws
- Stay updated on trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in HR, talent management, and employment law
- Facilitate employee reviews and manage employee injuries and accident reports
- Address employee concerns and maintain formal training and development plans
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all tasks within the company
- Process payroll when necessary
