WHAT YOU’LL NEED (QUALIFICATIONS):

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • A minimum of (2) years in HR
  • HRIS experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of HR practices and reporting
  • Proven, high quality customer relationship skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Maintains high level of confidentiality and discretion with employee information

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of specialized tasks within one or more of the different HR programs at a field location or the corporate office.
  • Programs include: HRIS, compensation, leave and benefits administration, talent recruitment and compliance.
  • Provides guidance and troubleshooting for HR Business Partner team on processes around benefits, payroll, and HR systems.
  • Possesses working knowledge of all HR tools, programs, and policies.
  • Partner with HR leaders to understand informational needs and deliver data to support.
  • Serves as a technical resource for the HR team, employees, and managers on the operation and maintenance of HR systems.
  • Assists with projects such as data and workflow management to provide support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
