REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Accurately process payroll in a timely manner. Handle payroll queries, tax filings, and reporting with precision and confidentiality.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and addressing employee inquiries.
- HR Administration: Support the HR team in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws and payroll regulations. Stay updated on changes in legislation that may impact HR and payroll processes.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records. Utilise HRIS systems for data reporting and analysis.
- Problem-Solving: Address complex payroll and HR issues, applying critical thinking and numerical skills to find effective solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within payroll and HR functions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Professional Development: Demonstrate a keen interest in HR trends and best practices.
- Show curiosity and initiative in expanding HR knowledge and skills.
