As a HR Graduate, you will have the opportunity to rotate through different teams across RAA’s People & Capability team. During these rotations, you will get the opportunity to develop your skills through practical, hands-on, and strategic HR activities such as (but not limited to):

  • Support the HRBP team by providing an advisory service to the organisation bringing a customer focussed mindset.
  • Work with HR Systems Specialist for reporting and system business improvement initiatives
  • Assist with the checking of employment letters and contracts.
  • Support with coordinating key program delivery including Corporate Induction, EMS with a view to co-facilitate where appropriate.
  • Support the team to operationalise initiatives from HR Centres of Excellence, including but not limited to Talent Management, Engagement Surveys and Salary and Performance Reviews.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Operations team for recruitment and selection activities

  • Currently studying a bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline, due to complete in 2024 or completed in 2023
  • Teamwork demonstrated through extracurricular activities (e.g. sports, clubs, work, societies
  • Passion for learning and self-improvement
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • High academic achievement (minimum GPA 5.0 or credit average)
