Description:

Hire Resolve is a reputable and fast-growing company in the recruitment industry, and we are currently seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our client’s team.
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HR function and ensuring that our team members are supported and valued. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our overall business strategy. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process, conducting employee onboarding, and administering HR policies and programs.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent knowledge of labour laws and regulations in South Africa. You should also have experience in managing payroll processing, performance appraisal processes, and maintaining pay plans and benefits programs. Additionally, you should be able to assess training needs and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior human resources management role
  • Excellent knowledge of labour laws and regulations in South Africa
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct organizational assessments, identify issues and opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans to address them
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment and selection processes
  • Experience in conducting employee onboarding and managing performance appraisal processes
