Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in JEFFERSONVILLE, Indiana. This role is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our HRIS, developing comprehensive training and development programs, and designing initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction. You will be a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance on HR practices and policies, and managing employee relations.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS, ensuring data integrity, security, and accuracy.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making.
  • Provide training and support to HR team members and employees on HRIS functionalities.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs that align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and opportunities for employee development.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Design and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance on HR policies and practices.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions, analyzing results to identify areas for improvement.
