The position

By joining our team in People Organisation (PO) Data and Analytics Solutions you will have the opportunity to:

  • Contribute to progressing Equinor towards the Next Generation of PO / HR capabilities through the ongoing, high-attention NextGen People and Organisation project (implementation of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Suite).
  • Work in agile teams, together with a blend of HR experts and IT professionals, to ensure that we as PO Data and Analytics Solutions deliver in accordance to the future business needs of Equinor.
  • Identify opportunities for disruptive change when moving from the existing SAP solution to the new HCM suite.
  • Serve as a representative for identified capability areas and liaise between the project, the Equinor organization and external vendors.
  • Contribute to stable, secure and GDPR compliant operations of our HR operations.
  • Ensure master data is maintained with high levels of quality, integrity, and security.
  • Look for ways to improve our support to the business’ needs by developing our HR IT systems, insights and processes.

For this position, we are also looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of HR and an IT background, combined with experience of working with either SAP or Workday cloud-based HR systems.
  • Experience with implementing and operating SaaS solutions.
  • Experience with HR IT architecture and data modelling; familiar with large dataset handling and data governance related to HR processes and system integrations.
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into effective designs & solutions.
  • Experience of or an interest in, designing and deploying various machine learning models and AI-driven solutions, ethical AI considerations and cloud-based AI services.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight project deadlines, whilst managing multiple priorities.
  • Candidates who challenge the status quo and who are motivated by solving complex tasks together with the team.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resource Management or Business Management.
