Description:
We are looking for someone who will provide and co-ordinate accurate and efficient HR administrative services and general Human Resources related responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
? Routine transaction processing.
? Carry out recruitment related activities such as arrange and co-ordinate interviews with the candidate and management, conduct references, carry out MIE verification and advert placement.
? Handle 1st line queries and escalate when required.
? HR Management systems expertise and assistance, including ensuring that all data is accurately maintained on the system.
? Draft reports and analytics for submission on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
? Assist in the administration process relating to internships and bursaries.
? Assist in the administration process relation to BBBEE (Such as supplier management, gathering the necessary documents for auditing etc.)
? Assist in the capturing of data for the Employment Equity and Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR).
? Create and maintain electronic and hardcopy employee files.
? Assist in maintaining and implementing the onboarding processes within the organisation.
? General administration related to Human Resources.
? Excellent PC Skills.
? Must have a driver’s licence.
? Applicable legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, etc.).
? Strong Academic record.
? Principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labour relations and negotiation, and HR Information systems.
? Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
? Interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
? Excellent organisation, people and administration skills.
? Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
? Logical Thinker.
? Strong attention to detail.
? Ability to multi-task
