Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Human Resources Manager to be part of our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will oversee recruiting, training programs, retention strategies and HR policies. The main goal of this role is ensuring (add)ventures recruits, develops, and retains the best talent.
As our HR Manager, your expertise will guide strategic direction, including talent acquisition, talent development, and retention strategies. You will work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals, fostering our NICE culture and shepherding change management for AI. Experience working in ad agencies or similar creative environments is highly desirable, as it will provide valuable insights into the unique needs of our creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent, with a special emphasis on candidates who thrive in creative environments.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Oversee our (add)visor program, a mentorship program for new (add)venturists
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs tailored for a creative workforce. These could include individualized training as well as company-wide initiatives.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Oversee and help organize (add)venturist engagement and team-building initiatives.
  • Embrace AI to streamline HR functions and how it impacts the future workforce

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as an HR professional
  • Bachelor Degree required
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred
  • Experience working in ad agencies or similar creative environments, understanding the unique dynamics and needs of creative people.
  • Experience in working with small and medium sized companies required
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases, AI experience a plus
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
