Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR manager or in a senior HR role.
  • Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR practices with DEI goals.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software.

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging(DEIB).
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure HR practices support a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management:
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support the retention and career development of all employees.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster positive employee relations by promoting a culture of respect and inclusion.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and equitable manner.
  • Training and Development
  • Identify training needs that support DEIB goals and coordinate inclusive training programs.
  • Support career development initiatives to ensure equal opportunities for growth.

Performance Management:

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems that are fair and unbiased.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans with a focus on equity.
  • Compliance and Legal:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, with a specific focus on diversity and inclusion
  • Keep abreast of changes in employment law and update company policies to promote fairness.
