Shift: Office Day (9:00am - 5:00pm)
Days Off: Saturday, Sunday

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must meet one of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree, three (3) years of HR experience, and either three (3) years (for bachelor’s-level candidates) or one (1) year (for master’s-level candidates) of supervisory or management experience.
  • Associate degree, four (4) years of HR experience, and four (4) years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Five (5) years of HR experience and five (5) years of supervisory or management experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
