Days Off: Saturday, Sunday

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must meet one of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree, three (3) years of HR experience, and either three (3) years (for bachelor’s-level candidates) or one (1) year (for master’s-level candidates) of supervisory or management experience.
- Associate degree, four (4) years of HR experience, and four (4) years of supervisory or management experience.
- Five (5) years of HR experience and five (5) years of supervisory or management experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- SHRM-CP or PHR
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
