JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR/Hiring Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional candidate experiences

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Facilitate the interview process, including preparing interview materials and gathering feedback from interviewers
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new hires
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
