JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR/Hiring Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional candidate experiences

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Facilitate the interview process, including preparing interview materials and gathering feedback from interviewers
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment
- Assist with onboarding activities for new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
