Gestion N.Auger inc. operates 6 McDonald’s restaurants in Quebec (Val-Bélair and Old Quebec), Lévis (Lévis, Lauzon and Pintendre) as well as in Montmagny and has been in business since 1994. Our organization is recognized for being young, dynamic, flexible, involved in our personal and in the community and growing rapidly. Our administrative office is located in Lévis, downtown area, and the incumbent will be required to travel between our different branches to provide training, monitoring and coaching to the different work teams.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently a Human Resources Manager. The selected individual will report to the General Manager and proactively recommend strategic human resources solutions to improve business results. The objective of this position is to analyze performance and results and to contribute in matters of workforce planning, attraction and recruitment of staff, retention and to help the company in these areas as well as Engage staff in behaviors that will help improve business results by providing guidance on staff programs and processes.
