SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 5+ years experience in a HR Generalist role or equivalent
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of employment legislation, compliance and best practice
• Experience in the Health Care Industry (desirable)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent leadership skills
• Self-driven and ability to work autonomously

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide leadership and support to the HR team
• Oversee and manage the employee life-cycle
• Manage and oversee end-to-end recruitment
• Manage employee performance and grievances
• Create and implement HR initiatives
• Review, create and streamline processes and procedures
• Manage and facilitate training and development programs for care staff
• Manage work health & safety requirements
• Provide strategic HR advice to key stakeholders
