Description:
Ansley Golf Club is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Human Resources Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Manager will support our employees and the HR team, and the ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in various HR functions with strong payroll and benefits experience. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices and industry trends.

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES

• Experience with insurance open enrollments and benefits management required
• In-depth knowledge of human resources management principles and best practices
• Proficiency in HRIS systems; experience with Paylocity is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational / time management skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
